摘要:工业工程是对人员、物料、设备、能源和信息组成的集成系统进行设计、改善和实施的工程技术,它综合运用数学、物理学和社会科学的专门知识和技术,结合工程分析和设计的原理与方法,对该系统所取得的成果进行确定、预测和评价。其核心是降低成本、提高质量和生产率。本文主要是对拔草劳动进行研究,发现其过程中所存在的问题,然后运用有关工业工程的方法进行改善和优化。同时,通过此研究培养IE意识,即成本和效率意识、问题和改革意识、工作简化和标准化意识以及全局和整体意识。在此研究中,本文主要采用程序分析、作业分析、动作分析、现场管理以及团队合作等方法。通过比较改善前和改善后的一系列状况,本文作者发现改善前的拔草劳动效率低下,并且参与拔草劳动的学生无纪律可言,形成了混乱的场面,管理者很难进行管理。改善后,发现其拔草效率明显提高,且参与拔草劳动的学生不仅积极性提高,而且纪律有所改善,拔草速度较快,场面整齐,无混乱现象,管理者管理较为轻松。由此可见,本文采用的有关工业工程的方法能够明显改善效率,提高积极性,帮助学校进行有效管理。
Abstract: Industrial engineering is an integrated posed of personnel, equipment, material, energy and information for the design, improvement and implementation of engineering technology, it uses mathematical, physical and Social Sciences expertise and technology, combined with the engineering analysis and design principles and methods, identification, prediction and evaluation of the system are obtained results. Its core is to reduce cost, improve quality and productivity. This paper is mainly on the research of weeding labor, we discover the existing problems in the process, and then use the methods of industrial engineering to improve and optimize. At the same time, IE culture consciousness through this study, the cost and efficiency consciousness, and consciousness of reform, work simplification and standardization of consciousness and overall awareness. In this study, this paper mainly adopts the process analysis, operation analysis, motion analysis, site management and team cooperation method. Through a series of improvement before and after improvement, the authors found that weeding labor efficiency improvements before, and participate in the weeding labor students without discipline, the formation of scenes of chaos, management is very difficult
