摘要
本次教学楼施工项目,平面呈条形布置,共四层,均为教学用房。,层高均为3600,上部女儿高度为900mm。抗震设防烈度为7度。建筑室内地坪±,室内外高差为450mm。自±,。
本设计依照国家现行规范,不仅对项目的各项分部工程做了系统规范,而且是建筑施工过程中的重要依据,各分项工程应依据施工组织设计展开,其中包括各种专项方案,针对性的问题解决与质量保证措施,它贯穿于整个施工过程,包括装饰装修、水电等工程,通过对它的编制,系统的把施工内容顺序有机的结合起来,有效的节约资金、利用周围环境,确定施工管理方法。同时还对相关的辅助工程、人员配备做了依据。
