中国服务贸易发展分析
Analysis of China's Service Trade Development
摘要
近几十年,全球经济不断向服务贸易发展。服务贸易对国民经济的发展起着巨大的作用,
服务贸易日益成为衡量一个国家国际竞争力强弱的一项重要的指标,被称为“21世纪经济增长的新引擎”。我国服务贸易在改革开放以后得到了迅速的发展。经过多年努力,中国已顺利加入WTO,服务业的开放日益成为中国对外开放的焦点问题。但与发达国家相比,仍处于落后的,存在很多的问题,中国贸易对象还是以货物贸易为主,经济增长还是以货物出口来带动,其原因在于国家对服务贸易政策的轻视而倚重货物贸易。
本文通过分析我国现今服务贸易的形势,就服务贸易和经济增长的关系出发,从数据以及根据其他专家的看法,阐述我国服务贸易的进步、不足,就结构不合理、管理不当、法律制度缺乏、人才稀少等项总结,最后就这些情况给予本人的建议。本文第一部分阐述了服务贸易的概念以及对经济的影响,第二部分具体地讲述了中国服务贸易的现状、发展趋势,并对其进行了相关分析,第三部分则分析了中国服务贸易的问题,第四部分表达了作者对中国服务贸易发展的建议。

Abstract
In recent decades,the global economy of gravity is undeniable inclining to service services is increasingly ing an important Standard of measuring a country's petitiveness,it is honored as the new engine of the 21st Reform and Opening-up,our country’s service trade was great years of efforts,Chinese has joined the of service trade is increasingly ing an important problem of China’s with the developed country,China is in has many problems,Chinese trade market still is dominated by trade in goods,economic growth is promoted by export of goods,because the government contempt the service trade and value the good trade.
This paper analysis the situation of China's current trade services,from the relationship between trade services and economic growth and the data, elaborate the progress and inadequate of our country. It summary and give advice of the the irrational structure,the incorrect management,the plete legal and so on.
