摘要
企业文化是一种以团队价值、团队和谐为本的管理理论,它对一个企业的可持续发展具有基础性的作用。企业文化建设作为现代企业管理的重要内容,对企业的长期经营业绩有着重大作用,也是企业持续、快速、协调发展的重要保证,高度重视并切实抓好企业文化建设,将全面提升企业核心竞争力,为企业健康发展注入持久的推动力。企业文化对企业的道德、规范以及****俗等会产生长远而深刻的影响,是企业发展的润滑剂,推动企业长期稳定的发展。而一个企业文化的发展以及制定决定了这个公司网站风格的发展,对于网站风格的整体规划以及发展策略有不可忽视的影响。

Enterprise culture is a value to team, team harmony as the management theory, it is right of an enterprise sustainable development has a basic role .The building of enterprise culture as the important content of modern enterprise management, on pany's long-term operating performance has a significant role, also is the enterprise lasts, fast, harmonious development is important assure, height takes seriously and cogent had caught the building of enterprise culture, to enhance the petitiveness of enterprises, for the healthy development of enterprises into the lasting impetus. The enterprise culture to the enterprise morals, norms and customs will have long-term and the profound influence, is the development of enterprises of the lubricant, promote the long-term stable development of enterprises. While a corporate culture development and the development of pany decided the style website development, website style for overall planning and development strategy should not be neglected.
