本文在简要阐述资产证券化相关理论的基础上,分析了我国商业银行推行资产证券化业务的必要性及可行性,提出我国商业银行资产证券化发展存在的问题,再借鉴美国及澳大利亚商业银行资产证券化的起步与发展历程,论述了应当从完善我国相应法律体系、培育市场参与主体、加强监管等方面全面发展我国资产证券化发展的策略。
