美国对华贸易保护原因研究——以美对华“双反”调查为视角
摘要:本文选取2000 ~ 2011 年度数据,采用负二项计数模型来探究中国频繁遭受美国“双反”调查的根本原因。研究发现,美国对华发起“双反”调查的因素包括: 美国国内经济形势、美元对人民币实际汇率的变动、美国对华进口渗透率。实证检验后得出,美国GDP 增长率、美国失业率、中美贸易逆差与美对华“双反”调查数量成正相关,货币汇率变化与美对华“双反”调查数量成负相关。

Study on the Reasons of . Trade Protection at the Perspective of the Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Investigation from the United States to China
ABSTRACT: This paper uses a negative-binomial-counting model to explore what are the primary causes that China frequently encounters both anti-dumping and anti-subsidy from the . by selecting annual data from 2000 to 2011. The causes of the . launching a survey of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy include that the . domestic economic situation, the changes of the real exchange rate between . dollars and RMB and the . import ration. Among these causes, the . GDP growth, the . unemployment rate and the import ration have a positive correlation with the numbers of the . survey in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy. And the exchange rates between . dollars and RMB have a negative correlation with the numbers of the . survey in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy.
