ADULT FOOTBALL & HURLING
 
The powers and functions of petitions mittee (CCC) will be as detailed in Rule (ii) . 2012 and in the 2013 Tyrone County Bye Laws.
 
A  Club will not be permitted to participate in petition until plies with Rules and , . 2012. At Youth level a Club can only participate when it has registered sufficient youth players, pliance with Rule , . 2012 to field a team at a particular level.  Penalty: The failure of a Club to register sufficient players pliance with Rules , and , 2012 will result in the fixture being forfeited to the opposing team.
 
(a) Team Trophies must be returned, to an officer, specifically designated by petitions mittee (CCC) on or before the first Tuesday in April.
Penalty £20 per month per trophy.
(b) The mittee is responsible for the safe custody of trophies and shall be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement necessitated as a result of any damage to trophies, as determined by petitions mittee.
(c)petitions mittee is responsible for all the engraving on a trophy. In no circumstances should a club undertake, or have undertaken, any engraving or repairs to any trophy.
