一、教学目标与要求
、说、认读四个方位词:south,east,west,north。
、说、读、写短语:turn left,turn right,go straight。
、说、认读句型:“How can I get to the museum ? Go straight for five minutes. Then turn left.”并能进行关键词的替换操练。
二、教学重、难点分析
:turn left , turn right , go straight.
、说、认读句型并能进行关键词的替换操练,以及straight的发音和拼写。
三、教学准备
单词卡片、录音机、本课时的录音带和CAI。
四、教学步骤
Step 1:热身(Warm-up)
(1)Chant together.(Page14)
(2)Oral practice:
T : Look at the map carefully. Where is the school?
S1: It’s next to the …
T : How can I get to the museum?
Pair work: Two students practice saying , then a student stands up and answers.
T : How can I get to the shoe store?
Pair work: Two students practice saying , then a student stands up and answers.
(设计意图:通过有节奏的说唱既复习了所学过的有关地点的单词,又为口语练习进行了铺垫。口语练习的设置是为上一课时学习内容的检测,又是对新课的热身。在和学生交流的过程中复习了运用“can”的句型描述的能力,为学生创设了真实的语言背景和语言素材。)
Step 2:预习(Preview)
(1)教师伸出自己的左手并问学生:What’s this?学生回答:It’s a hand. 教师说:Yes ,it’s my left hand. 教师伸出自己的右手问:Is it a left hand ? 学生答:No, it’s a right hand. 教师说:Show me your left hand. Show me your right 。
(设计意图:通过触摸自己的身体部位,让学生在说与做中感知left和right。)
(2)利用“兔子舞”的节奏改编成一首新的chant,师生一边做动作一边说唱。Chant : Left , left , right , right , go straight , go ,
