[摘要] 工学结合已经成为当今高职教育改革与发展的必然趋势。为适应校企一体、工学结合人才培养模式的要求,针对目前高职教学管理的现状,提出在高职教学管理中应用PDCA循环管理学理论,构建基于PDCA循环的校企一体教学管理流程,并以浙江工贸职业技术学院教学管理为实例,将PDCA循环的各阶段与校企一体教学管理有机的结合。

Teaching Management Processes of School-Enterprise Integration Based on PDCA Circulation—taking
--Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract: Work-bination has e the inevitable trend of reform and development of China’s vocational education. To meet the requirements of school-enterprise integration and personnel training mode of work-bination, in light of the existing problems on teaching management, we bring forward to apply circulating Principles of Management of PDCA to higher teaching management and effect teaching management processes of school-enterprise integration based on PDCA paper bine all stages of PDCA circulation with teaching management of school-enterprise integration by taking teaching management of Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational and Technical College as an example.
