[]目的观察恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果。方法收集我院慢性乙型肝炎患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例,观察组给予恩替卡韦和复方鳖甲软肝片联合治疗,对照组仅给予恩替卡韦,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前后两组患者的症状、体征差异无统计学意义(P>),肝功能及肝纤维化指标均明显改善(P<),治疗后肝功能及肝纤维化指标比较,观察组优于对照组(P<)。结论联合应用恩替卡韦与复发鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化可有效改善肝功能,明显降低肝纤维化指标,效果较单纯应用恩替卡韦优。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of entecavir bined pound turtle shell soft liver pills in treatment of liver fibrosis ly divided into control group of 54 cases and observation group of 54 cases,observation group ent the symptoms,signs of tproved(P<),liver function and liver fibrosis indexes after treatment of observation group ent of liver fibrosis prove liver function,significantly reduce liver fibrosis index,the effect is better than entecavir.
