摘要
本文从跨文化的角度出发,为剖析跨文化与商务英语翻译之间的关系,首先,在展现商务翻译活动的宏观大背景之后,构建了商务译者的能力体系和要素,探讨了商务英语的语言特点,分析了影响商务英语翻译的文化因素,并提出商务英语翻译在文化方面应该采取的策略,然后,针对所分析的能力要素,分别以专题形式深入讲解了商务翻译中涉及的英汉语言比较、英汉文化比较、英汉互译中的长句难句翻译、语篇层面的翻译策略、变译的各种方法、中式英语与中国特色的翻译策略,以及各类专有名词的翻译等。最后是常见商务体裁的翻译专题,包括信函、广告、旅游文本、政府文件、合同、企业介绍与产品宣传类文本。最后指出只有正确理解中西方文化差异,才能准确地做好商务英语的翻译工作。
