结论:我们的研究发现这些临床实践指南的方法学是类似的,尽
管嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断建议整体上有普遍的一致性,但是部分建议之间
仍存在差异。我们发现其中有不同的证据存在相似的建议,也有相同
的证据所得出的建议存在差异,考虑这些指南中的建议不是完全由引
用的证据决定的,可能也与不同国家的研究水平,专业知识,嗜铬细
胞瘤的发病率等情况有关。我们的研究表明不同国家或者协会应该共
同参与临床实践指南的制定,并按照AGREE的标准系统收集证据以促
进临床实践指南的质量。

ABSTRACT
Objective:To summarize mendations of existing guidelines
on
diagnosis of pheochromocytoma,and
to assess
the methodological quality
ofguidelines providing diagnostic mendations for pheochromocytoma
by using
a
standardized and validated instrument
and
to
examine whether
differences in mendations could be explained by different research
evidences.
Research Design And
Methods:Using
a
MEDLINE search and
electronic
databases with
the terms
hypertension
diagnosis,adrenal
incidentaloma hypertension,refractory hypertension,resistant hypertension,
arterial
blood
pressure,hi曲blood pressure,arterial hypertension,
pheochromocytoma for the period
1 January 1999 and 31 December 2008.
The guidelines were selected according
to
study design,and we extracted
the
diagnostic
mendations
about pheochromocytoma and linked
quality of
guidelines
