毕业设计说明书
摘要
本文为石家庄市某学校行政办公楼设计计算书。该楼建筑面积4640平方米左右,根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求,确定合理的结构形式和结构布置方案,确定框架、基础的形式。根据要求采用了钢筋混凝土结构。
本设计中选取一榀主框架以及楼面及屋面板进行截面设计及配筋计算。首先根据框架布局确定各构件尺寸,进行恒载、活载及风荷载的统计。然后采用分层法进行竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算,水平荷载采用D值法进行计算。之后进行内力组合分析,找出最不利的一组内力,进行构件计算。楼板采用弹性理论设计,并进行柱下独立基础的配筋设计。除此之外,还进行了楼梯的设计计算。最后,根据计算结果,按照相应的构造要求,绘制了结构施工图,并写出了相应的设计说明。

Designation for a Supermarket Building (Scheme Four)
ABSTRACT
A building of supermarket was designed in this building area is about to the supermarket design and the earthquake resistance,the reasonable structural scheme and structural foundation plan was determined.
One lateral frame and slab was selected and ,depth and width of sections were determined,and dead load ,live load,wind load were the internal forces of the structure under vertical load were D-method was used for caculating the wind bination of internal forces,the most bination of internal forces was the necessary reinforcement in beams and columns was elastic theory was used for calculating addition,the single-foundation bined foundation were stairway and canopy were also according to the calculated results and detail, blueprints of the structure had pleted.

1 建筑设计
一、数据资料
(1)建筑地点:拟建建筑物位于石家庄开发区。由主管批准拟建基地平面图见附图:

(2)建设面积和层数:建筑面积2000~4000平方米,层数3~5层;
(3)结构形式:钢筋混凝土构架结构。

③最大冻土深度:。
(2)工程地质条件
①建筑场地持力层属粉质粘土,地基承载力特征值130 kN/m2;
②,属潜水类型,对混凝土结构不具腐蚀性;
③抗震设防烈度7度,,场地类别为Ⅲ类;
④地基处理及基础方案:根据场地岩土工程条件和建筑物荷载特点,建议本工程采用天然地基。
