在人类文明高度发达的今天,随着机器人技术的迅速发展和人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的机器人已经开始逐渐进入人们的家居生活中,这些机器人称为家庭服务机器人,它们可以完成一些简单的家庭工作并监测家居环境,甚至还可以照顾生活上不能自理的病人。
本设计主要对家庭服务的送水机器人的机械方案、电路设计、程序编写部分展开研究,使用三维软件对送水机器人的运动底盘和夹持机构进行实体建模、整体装配和结构分析,从而使机器人更适用于家庭环境中。利用数控设备加工零部件,并装配出实际的机器人结构。通过了解目前家用机器人的应用现状,设计了机器人的控制电路,包括机器人移动、驱动伺服电机、夹持机构的驱动电路。提出和完成了以ATmega16为核心处理器的环境信息分析和机器人自动巡线移动的程序设计。系统总体方案还包括饮水机的位置检测和执行机构的动作控制,从而实现自动完成送水任务。

Abstract
In today's highly developed human civilization, with the rapid development of robot technology and people's living standards improve, more and more robots have begun to gradually enter the home life of the people, these robots known as the home service robot, they plete some simple family, and to monitor the home environment, and can even take care of life can not take care of patients.
This design is written on the program of Family Service of water to the robot's mechanical, circuit design, program part of the study, the use of 3D solid modeling, the overall assembly and structural analysis software on the water to the robot chassis and the clamping mechanism, so that robot is more suitable for the home environment. Utilization of numerical control equipment processing parts, and assemble the robot structure. By understanding the application status of the household robot design robot control circuit, including the robot to move and drive the servo motor, the drive circuit of the holding mechanism. Proposed pleted the programming of the core processor ATmega16 for environmental analysis and robot automatically patrol the line moving. Overall scheme also includes a position detection and control of the action of the executive body of the drinking fountains and bottled water task in order to achieve plete.
