摘要
辣椒尤其是线辣椒是我国重要的农作物,但是长期以来我们都是使用人力对辣椒进行采摘,但这样既耗力又没有效率。而如今农业生产愈加的机械化,辣椒的机械收获也逐渐成为必须,但是辣椒的自动收获还未成熟,尤其我国的辣椒收获机还未取得显著地进展。
本次毕设在对辣椒收获机整体研究的前提下,重点对辣椒收获机中清选部件做了设计与研究。首先在充分查找资料与老师的指导下确定了清选部件的工作原理,并对其中的重要部件做了设计。而在确定了设计方案并完成建模后,又分别对两级清选做了仿真分析,并重点对一级清选做了较为充分的仿真分析。首先通过改变辣椒杆模型在ADAMS中的摆放位置,初步确定了一级清选中的合适的星型轮轴转速;而又通过风机在不同角度下的FLUENT仿真分析,初步确定了二级清选中的合适的风机摆放角度,并都得到了想要的结果。

ABSTRACT
Pepper in particular chili pepper is China's important crops,but for a long time we are using the manpower to pick on pepper,however, this not only labor-intensive but also inefficient。Today, agricultural production is increasingly mechanized,but the pepper automatically harvest is not yet ripe,in particular, China's pepper harvester has not yet made significant progress。
Under the premise of the overall research on chili harvester,this article focuses on chili harvester cleaning parts’s designing and studying。
First identified parts cleaning works by finding information and guidance of our teacher,and also do the design of ponents works on cleaning,as well as ponents of the design。After pletion of the modeling,also make a simulation analysis of the two cleaning,and focus on the fist cleaning to do a full simulation analysis。
