摘要
企业文化在企业发展的过程中起着重要的作用。好的企业文化,能使企业从容面对经济全球化和知识经济发展的挑战,有利于提高企业领导者和职工的文化意识,解放思想,更新观念,适应市场经济要求;有利于优化企业管理结构,提高企业管理水平;有利于改善企业的思想政治工作,促进两个文明同步发展;有利于强化企业职工的主体地位,增强主人翁意识,提高企业凝聚力;有利于培育人才,开发人才,造就一支高素质的企业职工队伍和有作为的企业家。随着全球经济一体化的发展,我国企业文化在理论上与实践上取得了很大成绩,对建设我国特色社会主义建设和促进国民经济发展都起到了积极作用。在知识经济到来的今天,企业要想发展并在竞争中立于不败之地,必须高度重视企业文化建设,充分发挥企业文化在市场竞争中的作用。本文从企业文化建设的基础理论介绍入手,以宏元有限责任公司为例,阐述了企业文化建设的重要性及建设途径,从整体上对企业文化的发展进行概括,并指出未来企业文化建设的方向。

Abstract
The enterprise culture in the enterprise development process plays an important role in.
