摘要:江右商帮活跃在中国经济舞台500来年,其兴衰不仅有其客观原因,也有其主观因素作用。本文以史为鉴,借助史料展示江右商帮的兴起和没落,分析了江右商的兴衰的原因。不可否认,区域优势与政治因素为其兴起的客观原因,但赣人本身的特点更是其发展的主要因素。当然,成亦萧何败也萧何,赣人的特征也是江右商帮没落的主要原因。研究江右商帮之兴衰,从中发现其管理思想,对于今天企业的发展希望仍然有所借鉴。

The business idea behind the upward and downward of Business Group in Jiangxi

Business Group in Jiangxi has been active in the Chinese econom for more than 500 years. There are not only objective causes for its ups and downs, but also subjective ones. This article bases on the history, utilizing the historical data and information to illustrate the ups and downs of the Business Group in Jiangxi, and analyzing the reasons. It is no doubt that the advantages of the geography and political factors accounted for its raise, but also the traits of Jiangxi people were the major cause. Meanwhile, the characters of Jiangxi people also result in its downward. It is inspiring to study the upward and downward of the Business Group in Jiangxi, demonstrating the management ideas, which is still meaningful anizational development.
