摘要
企业的快速发展离不开人才的支撑,可是现在我国的企业的人才流失严重,人才流失问题现在已经成为了关系企业发展的一个重大的问题。这些企业要想在目前激烈的竞争中快速发展,就需要依靠自身的人力资源的来竞争。只有拥有比对方更强,更优秀,更具有创造力的人才,才能在竞争中取得优势。所以如何有效解决我国企业人才流失问题是一个很迫切的任务。本文通过对我国企业人才流失问题进行深入的分析,找出了具体的人才流失的原因,有企业自身的原因,也有员工以及社会方面的原因。在文章的最后提出了一些具体的解决企业人才流失的对策,要加强企业管理制度方面的建设;要创建特色的企业文化;要强化企业的人力资源管理;要建立灵活的福利体系以及激励机制以及加强相关的国家法律的保护等。

The rapid development of the enterprise depends on talent support, but now our country's enterprises brain drain is serious, the brain drain problem has now e the relationship between enterprise development a major problem. panies want to rapid development in the current petition, it need to rely on its own human resources to petition. Only have stronger than the other, better, more creative talents, can gain a advantage in petition. So how to effectively solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain is a very urgent task. This article through to our country small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain problem in-depth analysis, find out the specific the reasons of the loss of talent, and have their own reasons, there are employees, and social reasons. At the end of the article puts forward some specific solutions of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain, to strengthen the construction of the enterprise management system; To create a special enterprise culture; To strengthen the enterprise human resources management; To establish a flexible welfare system and incentive mechanism, and strengthen the protection of the relevant national laws, etc.
