Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine in Treating bined with Ophthalmoplegia

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate and analyze the clinical effects of integrated TCM and Western Medicine in treating bined with ophthalmoplegia. Methods 60 cases of patients with bined with ophthalmoplegia from September 2011 to August 2013 in this hospital were analyzed and divided into the control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted basic treatment, vitamin β1, cobamamide injection treatment, and the treatment group added acupuncture treatment except for the above treatments, and 30 days of treatment were implemented. The treatment effects and symptom integration scores before and after treatment pared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the control group was % after treatment, and that of the treatment group was %, which showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was more prominent, and the result was statistically significant(),可以比较分析。
治疗方法
为患者提供了血糖控制,降压和降脂,抗颅内感染等治疗方式。对照组给予维生素β1(国药准字H62020354)100 mg,注射用腺苷钴***(国药准字H31022962) mg,肌内注射,1次/d,连续治疗30 d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗,选择睛明、攒竹、鱼腰、球后、阳白、四白等穴位,选择华佗牌30号1寸一次性使用无菌性针灸针,睛明、攒竹采用透刺法,~1寸;鱼腰、阳白穴进针后朝鱼腰穴透刺,施小幅度捻转手法,以局部酸胀为度;球后、四白穴斜刺进针,施小幅度捻转手法;每3天1次,治疗30 d。
观察指标
对患者接受治疗前后的症状进行评分。
疗效评定标准
显效:患者症状消失,眼球运动正常;有效:患者症状改善明显,眼球运动有限;无效:患者症状无改善或者更加严重
