空压机机构设计
摘要:随着科学技术的飞速发展和经济竞争的日趋激烈,机械产品的更新换代速度越来越快,传统的机械设计制造方法已经跟不上时代的步伐,CAD技术应运而生并得到了很大的发展和应用。
CAD技术,鉴于本文详细的介绍了汽车空压机曲轴、连杆、活塞等的三维设计建模过程,展示了简易装配体,以及简易装配体的有限元分析过程。通过在CAD软件平台上完成了空压机曲轴、连杆、活塞的三维建模,得到了空压机简易的虚拟样机。大大缩短了空压机的设计开发周期,减少了设计成本,减少了物理实机试验的成本。显示出CAD技术在机械设计制造行业发挥的巨大作用和广阔的发展前景。

pressor mechanism design
Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology and increasingly fierce petition, Mechanical products renew faster and faster. The traditional mechanical design and manufacturing method has not kept up with the pace of thetime. CADtechnology emergedasthetimesrequire and got a lot of development and application.
The process of building the 2D model of the auto pressor’s bent axle, connecting rod and piston is introduced detailedly. The auto pressor simple assembly is showed lively. and the process of promoting finite element analysis of the auto pressor simple assembly is represented in detail. On the CAD software platform, the 2D model of the auto pressor’s bent axle, connecting rod and piston are built; the auto pressor simple assembly is easily acquired. It reduces the time of designing and developing the product; decreases the cost of design the product. Otherwise, finite element analysis of the auto pressor simple assembly is promoted on the CAD software platform, the simple assembly’s stress and strain distribution are acquired. It provides some basis for the optimization design of the auto pressor, and reduces the cost of physical real machine test. It shows that the modern and advanced CAD technology and finite element analysis method play an important role in the mechanical design and manufacturing industry. And the CAD technology and finite element analysis method show vast development prospects.
