摘要
心电图electrocardiogram,ECG)作为心血管疾病诊断中的一种重要的方法,能为心脏疾病的正确分析、诊断、治疗和监护提供客观指标。ECG是一种重要的心电信号检测技术,它反映心脏兴奋的产生、传导和恢复过程中的生物电变化。心电检测技术是一种安全、无创、准确的检测方法,其广泛应用于临床监测中。为方便人们实时了解心律的变化,根据心电信号特征设计了便携式心电图仪。本系统采用高精度通用运算放大器AD620对输入的心电信号进行放大,再进行低通滤波,滤去高频生物电,同时采用右脚屏蔽驱动电路,消除50Hz生物电和机器信号的影响,最后在数字示波器上得到清晰的心电波形。该心电图仪设计简洁,携带方便,经过调试运行流畅,能够达到观察心电信号的目的。另外本文综述了ECG基础理论、心电检测技术,并对心电信号检测技术的发展趋势作了展望。

ABSTRACT
Electrocardiogram (ECG) has been an important diagnostic basis of cardiovascular disease,which can provide some objective indicators for its analyzing,diagnosing,treating and can reflect the changes of bioelectrical during the heart excitement generation transmission and recovery detecting technology is a safe,non-invasive,and accurate method,which has been widely used in clinical order to facilitate people to understand the change of heart rate in real-time,designing the portable electro-cardiogram meter according to the heart electrical signal system adopts high-accuracy currency operational amplifier AD620 to deal with the input ECG signal for amplification,than go along low-pass filter to filter the high-frequency bioelectricity,at the same time use the shield electric circuit with the right foot drive,by which eliminates 50Hz of electrical and machinery Signals, at last digital oscilloscope are clear display electrocardiograph's design is inct an debugging,it can move smoothly,and serve the purposes of observing the heart electrical ,The basic of ECG,the detecting technology are summarized in this development of ECG detecting technology will be presented.
