近几年来,我有了较大提高。塑料注射模具是现在所有塑料模具中使用最广的模具,能够成型复杂的高精度的塑料制品。设计塑料注射模具首先要对塑料有一定的了解,塑料的主要成分是聚合物。塑料注塑模具基本分为定模和动模。在注塑机的注射头一边的带浇口套的为定模,定模一般有浇口套、靠板、模板组成,简单模具也可以不使用靠板,直接用厚一点的模板就可以了。浇口套一般为标准件,除非特殊原因,不建议取消。浇口套的使用有利于安装模具、更换方便,不用自己抛光。有些特殊模具浇口套可用钻出来或用锥度线割割成。部分模具必须定模脱模时,还得加上定模脱模机构。动模的结构一般为动模板、动模靠板、脱模机构以及模脚和装机固定板。脱模机构中除了脱料杆,还有回位杆,部分模具还要增加弹簧以实现例如自动脱模等功能。还有导柱、冷却水孔、流道等也是不可少的模具的基本结构。当然,斜导模具还有斜导盒、斜导柱等。此外设计模具软件也越来越多,大多数已很少使用铅笔来绘制模具图了。
本文是关于注塑模具的计算机辅助设计,分为注射模具的设计和模架及NC仿真装配,前者是对凸模,凹模,浇注系统,脱模机构,顶出机构的设计,选择标准零件,设计非标件;然后再用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire ,并用PRO/,然后输出成动画,并用Master CAM进行数控编程、型芯、型腔的数控加工仿真检验及后置处理。

Abstract
In the last few years, our country mold technology has the very big development, the mold level had enhanced greatly. The plastic injection mold is in the present all plastics mold uses the broadest mold, can take shape plex high accuracy plastic product. The design plastic injection mold first must have the certain understanding to the plastic; the plastic principal constituent is a polymer. The plastic casts the mold basically to divide into the static mold and to move the mold. In the injection molding machine injection one side belt runner set is the static mold, the static mold has the runner wrap, the back, and the position generally, and the simple mold also may not use the back, and straight took over the use of the thick template to be possible. The runner set is a standard letter generally, only if the special reason, does not suggest the cancellation. A runner set of use is advantageous in installs the mold, the replacement is convenient, does not need oneself to polish. Some special molds runner wrap may use to drill or with the taper line shears.
