[摘要] 目的评价2型糖尿病眼底病变实施调脂治疗的临床效果。方法该院选取在2013年2月―2016年2月间所收治的2型糖尿病眼底病变患者24例作为评价对象,将随机数字表法作为分组方式,对照组(12例)、观察组(12例)。对照组予以常规治疗方法,观察组予以调脂治疗方法,对比2组的疗效以及眼底病变的改善状况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率相较于对照组明显更高,且眼底病变的改善状况相较于对照组明显更优,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P中国论文网/6/view-

Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy of Lipid-lowering Medication on the Fundus Pathological Change of Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the clinical effect of lipid-lowering medication on the fundus pathological change of type 2 diabetes. Methods 24 patients with fundus pathological change of type 2 diabetes in this hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and analyzed; the random number table method was used to divide the research objects into the control group and the observation group, with 12 cases in each. The control group adopted the routine treatment, and the observation group adopted lipid-lowering medication. The curative effects and the improvement of fundus pathological change of both groups pared.
