万向节滑动叉位于传动轴的端部。它主要作用是:一是传递扭矩,使汽车获得前进的动力;二是当后桥钢板弹簧处于不同的状态时,本零件可以调整传动轴的长度及其位置。零件的两个叉部上有两个孔,用以安装滚针轴承并与十字轴相连,起万向联轴节的作用。零件上的花键孔与传动轴端部的花键轴相配合,用于传递动力之用。
此次设计是在学完机械制造工艺学及机床夹具设计课程之后,并进行了生产实习的基础上完成的。本设计主要设计其中一道加工工序的专用机床夹具,并撰写设计说明书。
此次设计培养了我熟悉并运用有关手册、规范、图表等技术资料的能力。进一步锻炼了我识图、制图、运算、编写技术文件和操作CAD等基本技能。

ABSTRACT
The joint sliding fork is at the end of the drive shaft. It has two main roles: First, transfer the torque, then the car can move forward, and the other is when the rear axle leaf springs are in different state, the fork can adjust the length and location of the drive draft. There are two holes at the end of the fork, they are used to installed needle roller bearings, while, they are connected to the crusaders. So the joint sliding fork can play a role of universal coupling. The spline hole on the fork is fit for the spline draft which is at the end of the drive draft for the purpose of power transmission.
When we finished machinery manufacturing technology and machine fixture design courses, and did two weeks producing practice. Then we began our design. The main work of the design is plete the joint sliding fork’s machinery manufacturing technology card, and design a machine fixture for one process.
From this design, we could be familiar with the using of manual, norms, charts and other technical information. At the same time, some basic skills, such as mapping, calculation, preparing of technical documents and operating CAD, and so on, can be practiced.

一零件分析
万向节滑动叉主要用于汽车底盘传动轴上,它位于传动轴的端部。其主要作用有,一是传递转矩,使汽车获得前进的动力;二是当汽车后桥钢板弹簧处在不同的状态时,本零件可以调整传动轴的长短及其位置。零件的叉头部位上有两个的孔,用以安装滚针轴承并与十字轴相连,起万向连轴节的作用。零件外圆处有一的内花键孔与传动轴端部的花键轴相配合,用以传递动力。
万向节滑动叉有两组加工表面,它们相互之间有一定的位置要求。现分析如下:
(1)孔为中心的加工表面
这一组加工表面包括有:两个的孔及其倒角;尺寸为的与两个的孔相垂直的平面,还有平面上的4个M8螺孔。其中,主要加工表面为的两个孔。
(2)花键孔为中心的加工表面
这一组加工表面包括有:的16齿方键
