我国民营企业融资现状分析与对策
摘要:改革开放以来,特别是十一五期间,中国的民营经济得到了飞速的发展。在党和国家政策大力支持以及民营企业家的共同努力下,民营企业已经成为推动我国经济增长的重要力量。然而民营企业自身的发展环境并不理想,其中,融资难是我国民营企业面临的最突出的问题。本文从民营企业的融资现状出发,探讨了民营企业融资过程中存在的问题,以及造成融资困境的原因。最后在借鉴国外中小企业融资经验的基础上,提出了几点有助于解决我国民营企业融资困境的对策。

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasures for
Financing of Private Enterprises in China
Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, especially in the Eleventh Five-Year period, the private economy of China has developed rapidly. With the support of the party and state policies and the joint efforts of private entrepreneurs, private enterprises have e an important driving force for economic growth of our country. However, the development environment of private enterprises is not ideal. Thereinto, the financing predicament is the most prominent problem for our private enterprises.
