摘要
此论文主要讲述的是活动圈注塑模具的设计,它是成型塑件的一种重要工艺装备。注塑成型是利用塑料的可挤压性和可模塑性,对塑料加热使其处于粘流状态,在一定压力的闭合模具中成型具有一定形状和尺寸的塑件制品。根据其技术要求和使用要求,选择塑料种类为POM,再根据塑料的形状质量和生产批量,选择SZ-60注塑成型机。出于对塑件表面质量的要求及外观的考虑,本模具采用点浇口。
此模具采用一模二腔,一次分型,通过弹簧、阶梯定距杆、橡胶胀套等机构顺序开模。首先分型通过凝料杆等脱出凝料再分型通过顶杆等顶出机构脱出塑件。型芯和型腔采用冷却水槽结构的冷却系统,采用各零件间隙排气,可有限避免缺陷。在确定模具结构方案后,绘制模具装配图草图,并进行计算以确定各件。最后绘制模具非标准零件图,经全面审核后投产制造。

Abstract
This paper is talking about the design of injection molds; which is an important equipment of plastic forming. Injection molding is to make glutinous fusibility form required plastic product with designed shape and size in closed molds under needed pressure by means of plastic extrusion and plasticity. According to its technical request and used request, POM is to be closed as its material. According to its designed shape and the numbers of the products, we choose the SZ-60 cast shaper. At the same time, we use the mold spot runner as the request of the beautiful of the surface and the quality of the products .
This mold uses a mold cavity,one minute leaves ,make the congels the material out of the mold ,then,push the products out of the mold . The core and the cavity uses the cooling water system, tuck to exhaust the gas, but avoids the flaw. After ascertaining the project of the structure of the mould, protract mould-fitting drawing. At last, carry out an all-around checkout and auditing and launch into manufacture.
