交通事业的不断发展要求必须不断的完善交通条件,边坡影响着公路的使用效益和寿命。根据不同的分类依据边坡可以分为不同的种类,边坡的破坏形式有滑坡、崩塌、剥落;在工程设计中,判断边坡稳定性的大小习惯上采用边坡稳定安全系数来衡量,在评价边坡稳定性时,首先要考察边坡的地质条件,水文地质条件,地形地貌和新构造运动等,因为这些因素是影响边坡稳定性的决定因素;边坡研究的基础理论是建立在土力学和岩石力学之上的,所以土力学和岩石力学的成就与发展决定了对边坡研究的完善程度。目前分析边坡稳定性的方法很多,本文以圆弧滑动面法对边坡稳定性进行举例计算。边坡防护可以分为坡面防护和冲刷防护两类,本文对两类防护做了进一步的详细的分析,提出了目前边坡的防护及加固措施,同时还提出了目前还处于发展阶段的一些新的方法,同时列举了河北省目前主要公路防护措施。最后提出边坡支护方按的优化方法;方按设计的一般原则是:安全性原则,经济性原则,工程环境许可性原则。工程环境和边坡方案设计之间相互影响,要充分的考虑。

Abstract
The development of traffic require that traffic conditions must be perfected continuously, side slope the use that affects highway benifit and life. According to different classfication ,the side slope that can divide into difference slope; the damage of side slope are formed by slide,collapse , peel off; In project design, judge that the size of side slope stability is measured on habit with side slope steady safe coefficient, when appraising side slope stability, first will investigate the geological condition of side slope, hydrogeology condition, topography landforms and new structure sport, because these factors is the decision of side slope stability factor; Basic theory of side slope research is establishment earth mechanics and rock mechanics over, so the achievement of earth mechanics and rock mechanics and the perfect level of developing decision for side slope research. Now, the method of analysis side slope stability is many , with circular arc slide surface law for side slope stabilize give an example to calculate. Side slope protection can divide into slope surface to protect and erode, protect two kinds, and make further detailed analysis , have put forward the present protection of side slope and consolidate measure, at the same time have still put forward now is still in some new methods that develop stage , at the same time have enumerated Hebei province for now major highway preventive measure.
