摘要:企业文化,这一名词已为越来越多的人所熟知。它作为一种管理理论,在二十世纪七八十年代被纳入人们的研究视野后,就掀起了一阵接着一阵的热潮。企业文化是企业的核心竞争力这一说法也成为许多学者的共识。企业文化构建的研究更是层出不穷。21世纪的中小企业最缺什么?相信企业文化建设是其中重要的一个。本文以湖北金三峡印务有限公司为例,对企业文化构建进行了研究。从企业文化的基本概念入手,分析湖北金三峡印务有限公司企业文化建设的现状,再就问题提出对策,最后探索企业文化建设的共同特征,即企业文化建设的一般措施,层层展开,细细分析。
Abstract: More and more people are already familiar with corporate culture. It is a kind of management theory. After the Seventies and the Eighties of twenty century, as a kind of administrative theory, it was brought into people’s vision of research, bringing a burst of immediately after zealousness. It is ing many academicians’ cognition that corporate culture is the petitive force of enterprise. The studies about the construction of corporate culture are arising one after another. What is absence for the 21st century’s Small and Medium-sized Enterprises? It is believed that the construction of corporate culture is one of the important elements. This text takes Golden Three Gorges Printing Industry CO., LTD as an example to study the construction of corporate culture. At the beginning, this text introduces the basic conception of corporate culture. Then it analyses the present condition of Hubei Golden Three Gorges Printing Industry CO., LTD.
