内容摘要:乙酸乙酯是一种重要的有机化合物,乙酸乙酯的合成实验也是有机化学中的基本实验。为了粗略的计算出乙酸乙酯合成所需乙醇和乙酸的量比,及对加深对酯化反应的理解,了解乙酸乙酯的分离提纯方,我们采用了试验室里用乙酸和乙醇混合,浓硫酸做催化剂,进行了合成,在试验装置和反应物上进行了研究。我们要通过研究加入不同乙醇量的情况下实验的不同结果来研究不同量的乙醇对于这么一个可逆反应造成的影响,进而找到实验的最佳反应比例,即在什么比例情况下可以使反应最大化的发生。

Abstract:Ethyl acetate is a kind of pound, ethyl acetate synthesis experiments is also the anic chemistry experiment. In order to rough calculated for synthesis of ethyl acetate ethanol and acetic acid quantity ratio, and to deepen our understanding of the esterification reaction understanding, understanding the separation of ethyl acetate purified party, we adopted the laboratory with acetic acid and ethanol mixed, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, the synthesis, in the test device and reactant is discussed in the paper. We will through the study to join different amount of ethanol under the condition of different results of the experiment to study the different amount of ethanol for such a reversible reaction caused by the impact, and then find the optimum reaction ratio, that is, in the proportion of what can happen to maximize response.
