【摘要】目的建立蓬莪术药材挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析(GC-MS)指纹图谱,为蓬莪术药材的质量控制提供参考。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蓬莪术挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术对其进行指纹图谱测定,并且利用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件”对不同样品之间的相似度进行计算。结果初步建立了蓬莪术挥发油的GC-MS指纹图谱,标定了20个共有峰,各批次药材均有上述特征,但特征峰的相对含量存在一定差异。结论该方法有良好的重现性和精密度,再加上GC-MS具有多成分同时定性的优势,所建立的蓬莪术挥发油的GC-MS指纹图谱为其质量控制提供了科学依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method of fingerprint analysis on volatile oil of Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeton by GC-MS. MethodsThe essential oil of Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeton growing in Shuangliu city of Sichuan province was extracted by steam distillation and the chromatographic fingerprint was characterized by GC-MS. The GC-MS analysis was carried out in a Hewlett Packard model 6890 gas chromatograph coupled with a Hewlett Packard model 5973 mass detector. A Hewlett Packard HP-5 (5% phenyl methyl siloxane) fused silica capillary column (30 m× mm I. D., film thickness) was used for the separation. ResultsWe established Mutual fingerprint of the essential oil of Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeton by using the similarity calculation software of Chinese herbal fingerprint designed by Research Center of Modernization of Chinese Herbal Medicines of Central South University RSD of precision and reproducibility and stability of this GC-MS method was in the range of 5%. Compared with Mutual fingerprint of the essential oil of Curcuma phaeocaulis Valet
