摘要
现在的工业生产中,分工越来越细化,流水线生产已经成为企业生产环节中一种重要的生产模式。但是由于一些生产车间的环境恶劣,或者是有些物料本身需要自动化的生产设备进行运送,运料小车在这种情况下应运而生。PLC是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,专为在工业环境下应用而设计,PLC及其有关外部设备,都按易于与工业控制系统联成一个整体、易于扩充其功能的原则设计。因而可以说PLC是近乎理想的工业控制计算机。
本文是在对于运料小车的运动设计,围绕以下几方面展开研究:
(1) 通过查阅国内外的相关文献材料,结合运料小车的工艺流程,用Solid works 三维软件设计了小车的运动轨迹模型图,使得该轨迹在保证工作要求的前提下,提高了工作的安全性和效率。
(2) 通过查阅PLC的相关资料,考虑到该设计中运料小车的要求,选择了合适的PLC型号,并画出了PLC的硬件接线原理图。
(3) 选择了符合运料小车运动要求的一系列电子电器元件,并利用PROTEL 99 se 绘制了硬件电路接线图。
(4) 利用S7-200 MW ,编写了小车的运动控制程序梯形图,并结合程序语句,在计算机上进行了仿真模拟,取得了良好的设计效果。

THE MOVEMENT DESIGN OF MATERIAL CAR BASED ON PLC
Abstract
Now in the modern industry, more and more refined division, assembly line production has e an important part of enterprise production of production mode. Different departments at the same time from different workshop produce different materials, and those materials need to be mutual transported. But because some production workshop environment is bad, or some material itself needs automation production equipment delivery, the material the small car in this situation arises at the historic moment. PLC is a kind of puting operations of the electronic system, which is designed for the industrial environment design and application. PLC and its relevant external equipment, according to easily and industrial control system as a whole, are easy to extend its function of the design principles. Therefore say PLC is almost ideal of industrial puter. This article about the car for the movement of material design is around the following several aspects:
(1) Through the access to domestic and foreign literature material, combined with the material of the car process, with Solid works 3D software design of the car trajectory model picture, make the tracks in the precondition of guarantee, and improve work security and efficiency.
