摘要
在改革实践中积极探索国有企业有效的管理制度和组织形式,为解决企业在过去计划经济机制下逐渐形成的弊端,增强企业活力,我国进行了艰苦的努力。国有企业只有建立现代企业制度,才能真正成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的法人实体和市场主体。而企业财务管理是商品经济条件下最基本的管理活动。同时要实现国有企业经营机制的转变,保障国有资产的安全、完整,除建立相应的政策法规外,在我国国有企业建立一套切实有效的财务管理机制也是势在必行的。但是各行各业的国有企业在制定自己财务管理机制的进程中,遇到了许多的问题,体现了旧的机制与新的机制的碰撞与冲突,只有解决好了机制转变过程中的问题,才能使国有企业的改革顺利进行下去。第一章主要探讨建立现代企业财务管理机制的客观必然性、现代企业的财务管理机制的特点和作用;第二章探讨现代企业财务管理机制,现代企业的财务管理机制包括动力机制、约束机制和考核机制;第三章主要针对国有企业的财务管理机制进行分析。结合公司的实际情况和所处的行业进行分析。

ABSTRACT
Practice in the reform of state-owned enterprises to actively explore effective management system anization, to address the mechanism of enterprises in the past planned economy gradually formed under the disadvantages and enhance the vitality of enterprises, China made strenuous efforts.
