摘要: 岩石破碎是指将岩石从岩体上分离下来的一个过程。随着现代科学技术的发展,岩石破碎的方法和技术出现了一些新的发展趋势。本文就是借助于机械能的方法,在利用射弹冲击法对岩石进行破碎的同时,用钢纤维混凝土替代以往传统弹药,这不但克服了传统弹药爆炸时产生的不稳定因素外,而且还能大幅度提高破岩效率,降低成本。
本文的工作就是在参阅大量文献的基础上,按照题目给定的技术要求,结合一般榴弹的设计模式进行设计。其中即包括了生产制造方面对弹丸战斗性能的技术要求,又涉及到弹丸生产的经济性。设计模型时,为了保证弹丸技术性能的要求,主要对弹丸内外弹道展开分析和计算。在内弹道上,主要对弹丸的结构尺寸和外形尺寸、弹丸内腔形状和尺寸、弹丸的重量公差、发射时弹体的受力状态以及弹丸零件和弹体强度进行校正计算。外弹道主要对弹丸的飞行稳定性进行分析计算,确保弹丸在飞行过程中能以最有利的攻角作用于目标,以提高破岩量。在涉及到弹丸生产的经济性时,着重对弹丸的结构工艺性,及其组成零件的统一化,以及对弹体和导带材料进行选择。最后通过运用有限元分析软件AUTODYN对所设计弹丸进行仿真分析和计算,在保证满足给定条件下的破岩量的同时,提出合理的假设和意见。

Abstract: Rock broken, it is to point to rock from the separation of the rock down as a process. By the method of this paper use the mechanical energy, the use of the method of projectile impact on broken rock at the same time, with the steel fiber concrete alternative before traditional ammunition, which not only e traditional ammunition generated when the explosion of the unstable factors, but also can dramatically improve rock fragmentation efficiency and reduce the cost.
