[摘要] 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定大鼠血浆中的五味子醇甲,考察人参五味子颗粒与五味子稠膏中的五味子醇甲在大鼠体内的药动学差别。,血样用HPLC分析。采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(67∶33)为流动相,检测波长250nm。~,低、中、%,%%。大鼠灌胃五味子稠膏和人参五味子颗粒后的主要药动学参数分别为AUCO-t()和()mg/(h?L),AUC0-∞()和()mg/(h?L),tmax()和(),Cmax()和(),药-时曲线均符合二房室模型。结论五味子醇甲在大鼠体内药动学的研对中药复方制剂的药物动力学研究探索有一定进展。

A ic study of schisandrin in ginseng schisandra granules and schisandra thick paste inside rats

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the ic differences of schisandrin in Ginseng schisandra granules and schisandra thick paste inside rats via high efficiency liquid chromatography used to test schisandrin in rat's plasma. Methods Rats were intragastrically administered schisandra thick paste and Ginseng schisandra granules,both of which contains mg/kg of blood samples were analyzed by chromatographic column was -water (67:33) was in mobile phase,and the testing wavelength was 250 nm. Results Linearity remained good when the blood concentration of schisandrin was between - recovery rates of samples of low, medium and high concentrations were %,% and % ic parameters after intragastric administration of schisandra thick paste and Ginseng schisandra granules for rats were AUC0-t () and () mg/(h?L),AUC0-∞() and () mg/(h?L),tmax () and(),Cmax () and () concen
tration-time curves all accorded to partmental model. Conclusion The study on ics of schisandrin inside rats promotes and enlightens researches and explorations of ics pound preparation of Chinese herbal medicine.
