基于虚拟仪器的车辆踏板操纵机构的测试系统
摘要
虚拟仪器技术是当今测试领域应用和研究的重要方向之一多
参量的测试逐渐向速度化智能化集成化方向的发展己成必然趋
势而虚拟仪器的开放式设计思想为提高测试效率降低测试成木
提供了有效的途径和方法本文研究了虚拟仪器技术在车辆踏板的
应用对测控系统的总体结构软硬件平台的构建及应用程序的开
发等进行了研究
通过对测试系统全面的分析文中分别对系统的功能结构硬
件组成和软件设计进行了阐述本文构建了完成了一个车辆踏板操
纵机构性能的测试系统并设计了集成化的试验装置以完成对车
辆踏板操纵机构的测试系统的硬件采用上海交通大学研究开发的
并获得国家专利的新型实用技术车辆踏板操纵机构的检测装
置并集成了踏板力传感器和电容式倾角传感器可以同步测量踏
板力信号和对应的踏板转角位移信号系统还采用 NI 公司的信号调
理模块和高速数据采集卡
系统的应用软件以图形化编程语言 LabVIEW 为开发平台充分
利用模块化的设计方法设计了包括数据采集模块数据存储模块
数据处理模块等功能模块实现了对测试数据的数据采集实时观
测数据处理数据分析等功能且易于对程序进行升级和扩展
同时设计了合理的人机界面该界面友好直观功能齐备移植性
好易于操作

Testing Device of Vehicle Pedal Control
Mechanism’s Performance Based on Virtual Instruments
Abstract
Virtual Instruments(VI) technology is nowadays a significant
direction of research and application in the field of measurement and
control. Testing of many parameters gradually speed-up, intelligent,
integrated evolvement already es a certain trend. In order to raise
efficiency and reduce the cost of testing the opening design ideology of
VI offers effectual way and method. The application of VI in the pedal
control mechanism testing is studied in this article, which includes
systematic architecture, software and hardware construction and
development of the program.
Through an overall analysis of the system, the systematic
architecture, hardware construction and software have been explained
separately in the paper. In this article set up a testing system of pedal
control mechanism and design a relevant integration testing device for
contact testing.
The hardware of testing system adopts pedal control mechanism
testing device developed by shanghai Jiaotong University, which is a
practicable and patented technology in testing field, integrates itself with
