交通银行国际化发展研究

摘要

银行国际化经营是当今世界银行业改革和发展的必然趋势。随着我
国加入 WTO,我国商业银行必然要面对与国际金融市场相融合,实施
国际化经营的新形势。因此,对我国商业银行尤其是国有商业银行国际
化发展进行研究,具有一定的现实意义。
本文首先概括性地介绍了银行国际化的基本涵义及相关传统理论,
对国际银行业国际化发展历史以及国内商业银行国际化发展状况作了
阐述。接着,结合当今国内外经济金融发展形势,阐述了国内商业银行
国际化的发展意义。之后,本文以交通银行为实证,通过回顾交通银行
国际化发展沿革,以及对交通银行与其他国有商业银行国际化发展情况
的比对分析,剖析交通银行国际化发展的优劣因素,总结出交通银行国
际化发展中存在的问题并就其原因作了分析。最后,就解决上述问题,
在发展战略、发展定位、发展模式、组织形式、业务选择、人才战略、
系统支持等方面给出了一些思路和建议。

BANK MUNICATIONS

ABSTRACT

Bank's internationalization is an ultimate trend in the development of
banking industry over the current world. As China has entered WTO,
state-mercial banks, which account for an absolute proportion in
our financial industry, are bound to be confronted with the new situation in
which an integration of international financial markets is forming and execute
business internationally.
Firstly, based on traditional derivative theories mercial banks
internationalization development, the paper introduces the international
development history of overseas banks' internationalization and the actuality
of our country's state-owned banks.

Secondly, combined with the current situation of international and
domestic economy and finance, the paper indicates the significant meaning of
internationalization of mercial bank. Then, the paper puts
forward to make an empirical research on the internationalization
development of Bank munications (hereafter referred as ), by
reviewing the course of 's international development, adopting the
antitheses on and other state-mercial banks, the paper
tallies up the existing problem encountered by the bank in the beginning
practice of internationalization and analyses reason for it.
At last, in order to help the bank to solve the problem, the paper gives
some way of
