人性化的住区道路系统规划研究
摘要
当前我提高,私家车迅速进入
居民家庭,过多的汽车交通诱发了住区交通的拥堵、安全、污染、噪音等一系列
问题,以汽车为基准的空间尺度阻碍了人们参与社区交往。
本文旨在充实和拓展住区道路系统规划理论,为创造人性化的住区提供参考
依据,为住区道路规划、设计、管理提供借鉴依据。
本文从研究国外住区道路系统的规划理论发展入手,运用归纳与演绎、分析
与综合、调查与分析的方法,提出了人性化住区道路系统规划设计的理论框架。
本文通过对上海市典型住区交通系统的案例研究和问卷调查,分析了我国当
前住区交通规划存在的问题。
本文总结了“人车分行”、“人车混行”、“人车共存”多种道路系统设置方法
的不同特点与适用范围,引出了在居住区中建立人性化道路系统的思考。
本文通过对城市住区区位、开发档次等方面的内涵进行认识,把握其一般规
律的基本发展趋势,探索适合我国住区实情的人性化住区道路规划设计模式,能
够在住区的开发、布局、交通等方面形成一个可操作性的模式,指导城市住区良
性发展。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, Chinese cities are undergoing highly quick urbanization.
Transportation volumes are increasing significantly, and also are private
cars. Too many cars are result in traffic jam, safe problem, pollution and
noise. And the spatial level based on cars stop people from
communication.
This study firstly gives an overview of overseas theories about road
system in residential area. After literature reviewed by reading relevant
books, newspapers, journals and websites, the materials are discussed and
analyzed through summary and simulation. On the basis of these efforts,
a theory frame regarding humanity transportation system of residential
area is built up. Here several residential areas in Shanghai are selected as
study cases. In these cases, much investigation work have done , such as
field work, proofs searching, materials collecting and results analyzing, in
order to find where the problem is.
The thesis summarizes the different characters and contexts of
‘pedestrian and vehicle are diverge’‘pedestrian and vehicle are merge’
and ‘pedestrian and vehicle are weaving’, and then the thinking about
how to build a humanity road system in residential area is continued. The
thesis tries to build a general theory frame for the road system planning in
