摘要
本实验采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法以研究毛竹叶黄酮和毛竹水提物的抗炎作用。以5%消炎痛为阳性对照,以生理盐水为阴性对照。实验结果显示:毛竹叶黄酮组小鼠耳肿胀度、毛竹叶水提物小鼠耳肿胀度、±、±、3±、±。毛竹叶黄酮组和毛竹水提物组与阴性对照组相比,肿胀度有显著性差异(P<)。毛竹叶黄酮组、水提物组、%、%、%,与阳性对照组相比黄酮组和水提物组肿胀抑制率无显著性差异(P>)。说明毛竹叶黄酮和毛竹叶水提物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著抑制作用,而且毛竹黄酮的抑制效果更明显。

Abstract
The experimental adopt the auricle tumefaction of mice caused by dimethylbenzene
to study the anti-inflammatory effect moso bamboo leaves flaones (FMBL)and moso bamboo water extractives. With 5% indomethacin for positive control group, with physiological saline for the negative control group. The results show that the auricle tumefaction of mice of the FMBL group, the moso bamboo water extractives group, positive control group and the negative control group respectively are ±、±、3±、±. The FMBL group and the moso bamboo water extractives pared with the negative control group, the auricle tumefaction of mice has the degree significant difference(P<). The inhibiton rate of the FMBL group, the moso bamboo water extractives group positive control group respectively are %,% and %. pared with positive control group,the inhibiton rate of the FMBL group and the moso bamboo water extractives
