上海亨通光纤陀螺项目的融资计划

摘要
20 世纪 90 年代以来,我国高增长、低通胀经济奇迹的创造,在相当大
程度上是由包括民营企业在内的非公有制经济拉动的。从理论与实践的
角度探讨民营企业融资方式的先后次序、融资现状及融资的路径选择及
组合,有助于促进民营企业的良性发展。
在市场经济中,民营企业一般通过两种方式获取资金:内源融资和外
源融资。在经济日益市场化、信用化和证券化过程中,外源融资将成为民
营企业获取资金的主要方式。外源融资又分为直接融资和间接融资,而直
接融资又分为股权融资和企业债券融资两种方式,股权融资中私募发售
(风险投资)成为当前民营高科技企业的最主要的融资方式。
对于从事高科技产业类的民营企业,因其经营风险较大,资本有机构
成较高,技术含量也较高,可考虑通过风险投资机构和证券市场融资。上
海亨通就是此类企业,其在产品研发、市场推广与企业可持续发展等方
面具有丰富的经验和崭新的理念。其光纤陀螺项目的融资计划有效执行,
无疑将会有力为民营企业对我国国防建设的发展注上重重的一笔。为此,
本文借鉴上海亨通上市母公司(江苏亨通)直接融资的经验,结合企业
目前的状况,尝试性地就完善融资业务在光纤陀螺项目过程中的选择步
骤,加快上海亨通光纤陀螺项目的有效实施,提出了自己的一些设想。

文章认为,上海亨通今后十年的发展策略首先应该注重拓展业务,强
占市场,以产品推广和客户营销为近期的主要目标;在市场前景看好、
业务量不断增长的前提下,再适时地推出三项中长期策略:人才培养、
技术领先、海外上市。

ABSTRACT

Since the 1990s, China experienced high-speed economic growth, low
inflation. There is an important reason is that including private enterprises,
non-public ownership economy. From the perspective of theory and practice
to discuss the financing of private enterprises, Including the Order Of the
mode of financing, Financing Status, Channels of financing options and
financing portfolio, which will help promote the healthy development of
private enterprises.
In market economy, private enterprises access to the general funds in
two ways: the source of finance and foreign financing. In the increasingly
market-oriented economy, credit and securitization process, the source of
financing of private enterprises will e the main form of access to
finance. Exogenous financing is divided into direct financing and indirect
financing, direct financing is divided into two ways, equity financing and
