Abstract
Objective :To observe the clinical curative effect of Qing-dou mask wet packing for
external use; and to detect the changes of skin characters by the digital skin analyzer,
work out the possible treatment mechanism. By studying the observation of potential
adverse events, evaluate its security.
Methods: According to the medical rules, all acne patients were randomly divided
into two groups: the experiment group were treated with Qing-dou masks; the control
group were treated with the clindamycin phosphate gel. There were 31patients in each
group. During 4 treatment cycles (4 weeks),take down and analyze the statistic of
every patient’s skin hydration, the level of sebum, and the level of skin elasticity
initially after each week.
Results: parison of clinical curative effects: the total therapeutic effect ratio
was % in the experiment group, the control group was %(P>). 2.
Comparison of skin physiological parameters: in increasing skin hydration, the
experimental group were better after the first treatment pletion of four
courses(P<); in reducing the level of sebum, the experimental group are better
after last two courses(P<);and in improving skin elasticity, the two groups had no
significant difference.(P>).
Conclusion: The study showed, both groups can be treated fairly effectively with less
side- experiment group were better at increasing skin hydration, reducing
the level of sebum than the control group. Qing-dou masks also worth for further
clinical study.
