摘要
随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展,/应用在全球范围内日益普及,在众多的网络服务中,Web给人耳目一新的感觉,而在这其中,ASP技术则因为可以进行复杂的数据库操作、很强的交互性以及方便用户控制管理且简便易学而备受青睐,成为当前相当热门的网络开发技术.
利用web技术和数据库技术,设计一种基于WEB的就业信息系统的方案,ESS数据库进行了该系统的开发过程。本文主要从系统的设计目标和思想、系统软硬件的选择、功能模块的设计、技术实现、系统安全五个方面进行了研究。
本系统开发的核心内容就是实现招聘时企业和毕业生人才的交互选择,这个交互可以理解为企业本身的信息,企业的招聘信息、人才本身的信息及人才的求职信息几个方面,同时,为了更好地实现这些交互,还需要提供一些附属的栏目,如就业新闻、就业指导、政策法规等,以便于信息的传递。

Abstract
With the development of puter and technology of work, it is popularized day by day in the world that / uses, in work services, web gives somebody the feeling of finding everything fresh and new, and among them, ASP carry plicated data base operate , very strong interaction and help user control management and simple and convenient to learn and was favored while being easy to learn, e the quite work technology at present.
Utilize web technology and database technology, design the scheme of a kind of graduate's Employment Information System based on the web, and Carry on the development course of this system bining ACCESS database with ASP technology. This paper mainly carries on research from systematic design object and thought, the choice of systematic software and hardware, function design, the realization of technology and system safe five respects .
The system development is to realize the core of graduate re to to better achieve these interactions, but also provide some ancillary sections, such a panies and interactive talent, this interaction can be understood as information that the enterprise itself, the pany information, human resources information and its own personnel information on several aspects of employment, while, in order s employment news, career guidance, policies and regulations in order to facilitate information transfer.
