近年来,随着经济的发展,我国的各类地下工程的飞速发展,地下空间与地铁等日益受到人们的关注,与之相关的深基坑问题相继出现。在施工过程中,怎样保证经济合理地处理好地基沉降和基坑支护等方面的问题在整个建筑工程中占有重要地位。在基坑支护方面,地下连续墙及刚支撑由于施工振动小,噪音低,非常适于城市施工而得到广泛使用。
本次毕业论文的设计内容为深圳市7号线地铁车站设计与施工组织。设计内容包括土压力结构内力计算、基坑稳定性分析、支撑设计、基坑变形估算以及控制降水设计;施工组织包括对以上六方面设计内容的具体实施。
设计中首先根据本基坑的勘查报告和基坑周围的环境情况对将要采取的方案做出初步的估计,然后根据相关规范要求对上述方案做出修改和优化。降水井的设计包括井点类型的选择,井深,井径及基坑周围总井数的确定;支护结构设计包括支护结构的选型,边坡稳定性验算等以及在设计上部结构荷载作用下复合地基承载力和沉降量的验算。
施工组织中包括对所选择的降水井方案,支护结构方案及地下连续墙支护处理方案在具体施工过程中的各个工序的施工流程编制,每道工序在整个施工顺序中的合理安排,以及施工过程中应该注意的事项等。为保证按期优质完工,必须合理的编制施工计划,并严格按照计划进行施工。
