上海建工集团的跨国经营发展策略研究
摘要
随着经济全球化,实施“走出去”战略,企业面临更开放的竞争
环境,必须把自己的生存发展空间放到全球经济总体发展中去,制订
全球化的跨国经营战略,在更广阔的空间参与国际竞争。
本文通过对发展中国家跨国公司理论、投资发展周期理论、技
术地方化理论及国际承包相关理论等论述, 提出中国国际化应有自己
的理论;然后采用 SWOT 分析法分析了上海建工集团在国际环境、
国内环境中对进一步跨国经营发展的竞争优势、劣势,面临的机会
和挑战;针对上海建工集团在跨国经营发展的现状及暴露的问题, 深
入研讨了集团跨国经营发展总体策略和竞争策略,进一步提出了提
升核心竞争力策略、增强融资能力策略和物流策略等跨国经营的关
键策略作为补充。
由于国家政策环境对企业参与国际竞争有重要的作用,为了更
好的发挥国家优势,为我国建工企业跨国经营营造更加良好的政策
环境,本文最后针对实际工作及调研中发现的一些制度瓶颈,对我
国相关领域的政策提出了几点建议。

DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR SCG
ABSTRACT
With the pace of economy globalization, the realization of strategy
of “abroad business” force the domestic enterprises to face the more open
and petent environment, thus the space of self-living and self-
developing should be merged into the entire economy globalization
development and in the meantime the strategy of multi-international for
globalization business should be made so as to obtain far more better
spaces for the participation of the petitions.
Through this discussion focusing on theories of the multi international
business in the developing countries, the periodical cycles for the
investment development, and the technology localization in connection
with the relevant topics of multi international contracting from this essay,
I conclude that we should have our own theories of China Globalization,
then use the SWOT to analyze the both Domestic and the Multi
International Environment for Shanghai Construction Group to discuss
the advantages and disadvantages of further multi-international
development, and the realities of challenges and opportunities that we are
in confrontation, and further probing the SCG General Strategy of Multi-
International Development, enhance petence strategy of the core
structure, elevated strategy of financing capacities and logistic strategy as
the key strategies as the su
