上海旧工业建筑再利用研究

摘要
本文是有关旧工业建筑再利用的专题研究,研究的主体为城市发展
过程中出现的旧工业建筑,研究目的是探讨适合中国国情,可持续发展
的旧工业建筑再利用途径。
上海作为我国现代工业的发源地,有着丰富的可再利用的工业遗产。
随着城市空间结构和使用功能发生重大的转化,大量旧工业建筑正在从
城市里消失。在这种形势下,如何借鉴国外的再利用成功经验,继承和
发扬城市精神场所和城市文脉,合理有效的重新发开利用工业遗产,有
着紧迫的现实意义。
本文在发掘工业建筑自身价值的同时,通过比较国内外旧工业建筑
再利用领域理论与实践发展,分析了再利用实践在我国的现状和发展趋
势。笔者从近年来上海再利用的实践历程出发,归纳和总结了再利用的
理论基础、开发模式及适应性再利用实施策略,以及现代技术与材料在
再利用操作过程中的利用方式。在此基础上对上海城市更新中旧工业建
筑再利用存在的问题与矛盾进行探讨,通过对现有资源的分析提出相对
应的发展策略,对未来上海适应性再利用的进一步发展做一些基础研究。

STUDIES ON REUSE OF OLD INDUSTRIAL
BUILDINGS IN SHANGHAI

ABSTRACT
The topic of this thesis belongs to the research of some specific building
category in the field of old building reuse. The subjects of interest are the old
industrial buildings that are increasingly emerging in urban areas. Our
purpose is to find a continuously evaluative way for old industrial building
reuse under the situation of China.
As one of the carrier of reuse, old industrial buildings have their own
distinctive characteristics in such as surroundings, resources, economy and
social aspects. paring the theoretics and practice between China and
the West, we explore the developments, significances, strategies and methods
of this practice, point out the embarrassing position of reuse in our country.
Shanghai, as one of the originals of Chinese modern industry, has
contained lots of precious industrial heritages. In this thesis, by analyzing and
introducing the historical development, theoretical fundamentals,
classification and implementation strategies in old industrial building reuse
problems along with some practical case studies. We also provide some
practical and general suggestions and instructions are proposed with regard to
the goals, procedures, approaches and strategies of old industrial building
adaptive reuse.
