论建设工程施工图设计阶段的造价控制
摘要
在设计阶段影响设计方案选择的因素较多,设计者的灵活性也较大。往往一个项目可以有多个建筑方案,但一个先进的设计方案,一方面是应具有技术上的先进性,同时还必须与其他方案相比具有更好的经济性。设计阶段投资控制的核心任务就是寻求技术与经济的最佳结合点,而控制工程造价最有效的手段就是做到技术与经济相结合。
每一个项目能否可行,它工程造价的多少决定着这项工程的可行性。所以对工程造价的控制自然会联系着工程建设的整个过程,一个好的设计要在最大限度满足建筑物实用功能需求的同时,更重要的是可以降低购价,获得高额的经济效益。对一个工程项目而言,施工图设计阶段的造价控制虽然远远比不了方案的设计阶段对工程造价控制的影响,但它仍然是控制工程造价的一个重要环节,同时对建筑施工阶段的造价控制起着至关重要的作用。通过对结构设计的优化技术,使设计人员能够从校核、被动的分析转变为主动的设计,然后能为整体性的方案设计提供决策,实现设计"安全、经济、适用"的最终目标。
本文针对工程造价管理的现状和存在的问题,在深入分析设计阶段影响工程造价因素的基础上,结合设计阶段控制工程造价的特点,提出了有效地控制设计阶段工程造价的途径和方法。

ABSTRACT
There are many factors influencing the choice of design in the design stage, the flexibility of designers are also great. Often a project can have multiple construction plans, but an advanced design, is a more advanced technology, but also must with better economy pared with other schemes. The bination of the core mission of investment control in design stage is to seek the technology and economy, and control of project cost is the most effective means of bination of technology and economy。
Each project is feasible; ties project cost determines the feasibility of the project. So the control of the project cost wills naturally the whole process associated with project construction, a good design to satisfy the functional requirements in maximum and, more important is to reduce the purchase price, to obtain high economic benefit. For a project, cost control in construction drawing design stage although far more than the design stage notches me of project cost control, but it is still an important link in the engineering cost control, also plays an important role in cost control of construction stage.
