摘要
电子信息技术飞速发展,对银行业而言,金融电子化的发展水平将决定其生存能力。功能创新、网上生存和竞争已经成为未来商业银行的主要特征,代表着商业银行的发展方向。电子商务已经在我国银行中发挥了越来越大的作用, 其中电子货币、电子银行的广泛应用以及多方权威人士的考察论证表明,哪家银行的电子商务应用程度高,哪家银行就能在金融创新中捷足先登,在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。在我国国民经济体系中,银行一直担当金融中枢的角色, 最有能力影响其他行业应用电子商务的进程和水平,银行应成为电子商务最积极的参与者和推动者。
本文主要通过分析电子商务在银行业中的应用,了解在银行业应用过程中存在的缺陷和优势,进而提出电子商务在银行业中的发展前景和方向。首先,本文介绍了电子商务的应用范围和相关理论知识。其次,详细分析了电子商务在银行业中的应用现状。最后,通过观察和实践等方法提出了电子商务在银行业中的发展前景。
论文以中国工商银行的发展趋势为具体案例,运用理论和实践相结合的方法,结合工商银行的实际情况,使电子商务在银行业中更加深入发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of electronic information technology, to the whole banking industry, the level of the development of financial electronic will determine its viability. Functional innovation, survival petition has e the main features of the future mercial banks,and represent the development direction mercial banks . merce has played an increasingly important role in our electronic business appilications’ level of one bank totally determined the ability to gain an advantage in financial innovation,and to be in an invincible positon in the petition. In our national economic system, the banks have been playing the role of the financial hub,which have the ability to influence the process and level of merce applied in other banks should be the most active participants and promoters in merce.
This paper analyzes the application of merce in banking industry, ings and advantages existed in the process of the application in the banking order that we can raise the development prospect and the direction of the merce in the banking industry.
