摘要

在经济全球化的进程中,越来越多的企业认识到随着市场竞争的加
剧,协作是企业未来发展的主题。构建高效的供应链网络能够加强企业
的竞争优势。而供应商管理作为供应链管理的核心环节,是反映供应链
管理成败的一个重要方面。
本文阐述了供应商管理的基本概念和理论,分析了供应链环境下供
应商管理的内容、目的和研究意义。论文的重点在于结合英特尔上海有
限公司的实证研究,深入剖析其如何有效管理本地供应商的策略。从英
特尔新产品工艺模块化技术转移的实施、加速本地供应商学****曲线的培
训、全面自主质量管理体制的建立、供应商业绩考评和激励机制的运用
这四个方面,详细论述了英特尔公司在实施供应商本地化的过程中的一
系列创新的解决方案。其行之有效的供应商管理手段和方法可以提供给
其他企业借鉴以获得竞争优势的快速提升。
本文的最后总结了英特尔公司供应商管理的模式并提出了在当前经
济环境下供应商管理实施后的一些挑战和展望,强调了企业与供应商建
立长期合作伙伴的必要性。

MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT

In the process of economic globalization, more and panies are
realizing that with the petition in the business environment
cooperation is the theme for the future development of pany.
Establishing a high-efficient work can strengthen the
competency of pany. And being one of the key elements of supplier
chain management, supplier management can also directly reflect the ess
of the supplier chain management.
This paper introduced the basic concept and theory of the supplier
management and analyzed the content, objectives, insight meaning of
supplier management. This paper focused on the research of Intel Shanghai
for supplier management and deeply studied the strategy on how to
effectively manage local suppliers. It studied Intel’s creative solutions to
effective supplier management methodology in the full execution process of
supplier localization including introducing new product/technology module
transfer method, how to speed up supplier’s learning curve, establishment of
total quality management system and supplier ranking and rate mechanism.
The practicable means and ways of supplier management in Intel could be a
good sharing to pany for fast development.
