摘要
随着国内科研和生产的需要,蠕动泵的研制和应用得到有关部门和单位的重视。从七十年代后期开始,抚顺石油炼制研究所,陕西化工部化肥研究所,江苏电分析仪器厂等都根据自已科研和生产需要先后研制出不同结构和规格的蠕动泵。并应用于仪器分析和实验室工作中。但总的来说,蠕动泵在国内的应用还不广泛,对它的研究和应用有待开发。
本文介绍蠕动泵步进电机控制系统进行硬件和软件的设计,实现由步进电机控制蠕动泵的相应控制。硬件系统采用单片机控制电路实现对电压的可调,集成电路AD654与可编程逻辑器件步进电机控制电路,能实现蠕动泵的平稳运行,而且能进行无级调速,软件系统采用单片机控制的步进电机系统,其转动方向、转动速率及转矩数可以通过计算机输入,运用程序对这些数据进行处理,由单片机发出相应的控制信号,增加了控制的灵活性。运用中断方式,使系统在运行时可随时改变步进电机的运行方式,做到实时控制。

Design of Stepping Motor Control System Based on Peristaltic Pump
Abstract
With domestic research and the needs of the production of the wriggle pump,the development and application of the relevant departments and units to get attention. From seventys,fushun petroleum refining,chemical fertilizer institute in shanxi province,jiangsu institute of electrical instrument factory and so on all according to from already analysis of scientific research and production need has developed the different structure and specifications of peristaltic pump. And used in the instrument analysis and laboratory work. But on the whole,in the application of domestic wriggle pump is not widely,the research and application needs to be developed.
This paper introduces peristaltic pump stepping motor control system of the software and hardware design,achieved by stepping motor control peristaltic pump of the corresponding control. Hardware system adopts single-chip puter control circuit to realize the voltage of the adjustable, integrated circuit AD654 and programmable logic devices move pump stepping motor control circuit, can achieve the smooth running of peristaltic pump, but also it can stepless speed regulation,the software system using single-chip puter control system of stepping motor,its rotation direction,the rotation rate and torque number can be through puter input,use of the program data processing,the single-puter sends out the corresponding control signal,increase the flexibility of the control.
