IPTV 组网技术研究

摘要
IPTV 业务是基于电信宽带网络的宽带业务平台,以机顶盒或其它具
有音视频编解码能力的数字化设备为终端,通过聚合 SP 的各种流媒体服
务内容和增值应用,为用户提供多种互动多媒体服务的一项业务。IPTV
业务主要有广播、点播、时移电视、信息服务、视频通信、互动游戏、
消息服务、音乐、卡拉 OK/MTV、远程教育、互动广告、个人定制录像、
互联网浏览等。它是一种新型电视传播形式,填补了宽带视频应用方面
的空白。用户可以随意点播,成本低廉,一旦形成规模,将带来极大的
利益。IPTV 是一场新技术演变出来的产业,它将深刻改变人们的娱乐和
生活方式,预示着一个及其巨大的新市场产生。
在我国国内,IPTV 业务也已取得相当大的发展。尤其是在上海,由
于上海电信和上海文广的通力协作,截至 2007 年末,上海的 IPTV 的用
户数已经超过了 30 万,展示了良好的市场发展潜力。
然而,新业务新技术的引入,也给系统设计、网络组织等都带来了
更大的灵活性和复杂性。而 IPTV 作为一项新兴业务,在业界目前尚没有
成熟的网络设计方面的规范,导致了相当多的组网问题。
本论文就是在调研了上海、浙江、江西、广西、海南等省的 IPTV 系
统建设经验之后,针对如何进行 IPTV 系统在不同网络环境下组网的研
究。本论文从 IPTV 的组网方式、提供的业务及实现方式、编解码标准、
系统安全、用户接入方式、网络的性能指标及组网案例等方面,对于组
网技术进行了研讨。希望通过本论文,能够为 IPTV 网络的构建提供一定
的参考。

ABSTRACT
IPTV service is a business platform based on broadband work for set-top
boxes or digital terminal with the capacity of audio and video coding。 To provide users with a variety
of interactive multimedia services of a business, through the streaming media content of sp and
value-added application services。IPTV service mainly broadcasting, on-demand, time-lapse television,
information services, munication, interactive games, information services, music, karaoke ok
/ mtv, distance education, interactive advertising, personal custom video, browsing. It is a new
form of television transmission, a broadband video applications to fill the gaps. Users can freely on
demand, low-cost, once the scale, will bring great benefits. IPTV is a new technology evolved the
industry, it will profoundly change people's entertainment and lifestyle, and indicates that a huge new
market.
In our country, IPTV business has also achieved considerable development. Especially in shanghai,
