数控车床常见故障的维修与处理及维护
摘要:1952年,计算机技术应用到了机床上,在美国诞生了第一台数控机床。从此,传统机床产生了质的变化。近半个世纪以来,数控系统经历了两个阶段和六代的发展。数控技术的应用不但给传统制造业带来了革命性的变化,使制造业成为工业化的象征,而且随着数控技术的不断发展和应用领域的扩大,它对关系国计民生的一些重要行业(IT、汽车、轻工、医疗等)的发展也起着越来越重要的作用(因为这些行业所需装备的数字化已是现代发展的大趋势)。数控机床是机电一体化在机械加工领域中的典型产品,具有高精度、高效率和高适应性的特点。数控机床已在我国批量生产、大量引进和推广使用,它们给机械制造业的发展创造了条件,并带来了很大的经济效益。由于机床数控系统的先进性、复杂性和智能化高的特点,若其任何部分发生故障与失效现象,都会使数控机床停机,从而造成生产停顿。因此,对数控车床的故障进行诊断与排除就显得十分必要。而在数控车床的故障进行诊断与排除问题中,数控系统的故障的处理所占的比例是主要部分的。

Abstract: In 1952, the application puter technology to the machine, the birth of the C machine tools in the United States. Since then, the conventional machine tools to produce a qualitative change. Nearly half a century, C system has gone through two stages and six generations of development.
